Inhibition of pigment synthesis: Inhibit tyrosinase activity, block the conversion of tyrosine to dopaquinone and reduce pigment production.<br>2. Antioxidant effect: Scavenge reactive oxygen free radicals and reduce the oxidation of dopaquinone into eumelanin and pheomelanin.<br>3. Anti\u2011inflammatory &amp; anti\u2011pigmentation pathway: Inhibit cyclooxygenase\u20112 (COX\u20112) activity to reduce prostaglandin release; modulate NF\u2011\u03baB and lower melanocyte activation triggered by inflammatory stimulation.<br>4. Nanocarrier system: With particle size of 0.1\u20130.3 \u03bcm, it has hydrophilic shell and hydrophobic core structure. In vitro melanin assay on B16 melanocytes: After 3 days incubation with 1 \u03bcg\/ml Olive Extract H, melanin production is reduced by 51.5%.<br>2. COX\u20112 inhibition test: Olive Extract H significantly inhibits cyclooxygenase\u20112 activity.<br>3. NF\u2011\u03baB inhibition test: NF\u2011\u03baB inhibition rate rises with increasing concentration of Olive Extract H, reaching 90% at 4%.<br>4. Ex-vivo human skin explant test: Continuous treatment with 2.0% Olive Extract H over 7\u201328 days gradually reduces melanin at the basal layer of skin tissue.<br>5. Human arm skin ITA assessment: 20 subjects applied cream containing 2% Olive Extract H twice daily for 6 weeks.
