Anti-glycation pathway: Reduce the level of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and alleviate glycation-related skin damage.<br>5. ROS antioxidant test: 24 h pretreatment significantly reduces intracellular ROS level, and its antioxidant effect outperforms resveratrol.<br>2. DPPH free radical scavenging test: At sample concentration of 10% (V\/V), DPPH scavenging rate reaches 88.99%.<br>3.
