Mechanism of Action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Microbiome regulation pathway: Inhibit the proliferation of harmful microorganisms via nutrient competition, increasing bacterial outer membrane permeability, altering intracellular osmotic pressure and suppressing macromolecular synthesis.
2. Immune homeostasis pathway: Regulate the differentiation of CD4\u207aT cells, relieve excessive activation of Th1 and Th2, maintain Th1\/Th2 balance and soothe skin hyperreactivity.
3. Soothing pathway: Downregulate inflammatory factors including TNF\u2011\u03b1, IL\u20111, IL\u20116 and IL\u20118; reduce NO release and inhibit hyaluronidase activity to mitigate inflammatory response.
4. Barrier repair pathway: Upregulate the expression of type \u2160 collagen (COL\u2011\u2160) and tight junction protein Claudin\u20111 to strengthen skin barrier structure.
5. Antioxidant pathway: Scavenge DPPH, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals to alleviate oxidative skin damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experimental Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. *Staphylococcus aureus* biofilm inhibition test: 3% Dual-Biotic Soothing Extract achieves 80% inhibition against *Staphylococcus aureus* biofilm.
2. Th1\/Th2 immune balance test: 2% Dual-Biotic Soothing Extract raises IFN\u2011\u03b3\/IL\u20114 ratio by approximately 83.3% and regulates allergy-related immune shift.
3. Inflammatory cytokine inhibition test on HaCaT cells: With 5% Dual-Biotic Soothing Extract, the expression of TNF\u2011\u03b1, IL\u20111, IL\u20116 and IL\u20118 decreases by 88.9%, 87.5%, 91.7% and 83.3% respectively.
4. NO release inhibition test on RAW264.7 cells: 4% Dual-Biotic Soothing Extract reduces NO content by around 70.45% compared with LPS group.
5. Hyaluronidase inhibition test: 4% Dual-Biotic Soothing Extract shows approximately 79% inhibition on hyaluronidase.
