Mechanism of Action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. ECM microenvironment remodeling pathway: Construct a 3D extracellular matrix network similar to native human tissue, serving as mechanical scaffold and signal hub to provide suitable microenvironment for cells and guide cell adhesion, homing, proliferation and migration.
2. Soothing & repairing pathway: Downregulate pro-inflammatory factor IL\u20116 expression, promote M2 macrophage-associated expression, reduce inflammatory level at injury site and optimize local microenvironment.
3. Anti-aging matrix homeostasis pathway: Downregulate MMP\u20111 expression to slow collagen degradation; upregulate TGF\u2011\u03b21 to boost collagen and elastin synthesis. It bidirectionally regulates matrix anabolism and catabolism, improves dermal ECM degeneration and relieves skin laxity and wrinkles.

Experimental Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. IL\u20116 inflammatory cytokine inhibition test: Compared with hyaluronic acid and collagen groups, biomimetic ECM reduces IL\u20116 expression at damaged sites by more than 30%.
2. MMP\u20111 inhibition test (L929 cells): It significantly downregulates MMP\u20111 expression. Matrix degradation level recovers to 96\u2013110% of healthy cells to reduce collagen breakdown.
3. TGF\u2011\u03b21 upregulation test (L929 cells): It upregulates TGF\u2011\u03b21 expression, and matrix synthesis capacity recovers to 80\u201395% of healthy cells.
4. Fibroblast adhesion test: Cells in biomimetic ECM group fully spread in spindle shape with abundant filopodia. Its cell adhesion-promoting performance is markedly superior to hyaluronic acid and PGA\/HA.
5. Cell scratch migration test: It greatly enhances fibroblast migration, while hyaluronic acid shows almost no migration-promoting effect.
