Mechanism of Action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Matrix-promoting anti-aging pathway: Modulate TGF\u2011\u03b2 signaling pathway to boost type \u2160 procollagen production; increase the contents of elastin, ceramide and glycosaminoglycan, strengthen dermal-epidermal junction and relieve skin laxity and enlarged pores.
2. Soothing pathway: Inhibit the activation of NF\u2011\u03baB signaling pathway, downregulate the release of inflammatory mediators including IL\u20116, IL\u20118, TNF\u2011\u03b1, NO and PGE2 to mitigate skin inflammatory response.

Experimental Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Extracellular matrix proliferation test: At concentrations of 0.1%, 1% and 2% EPS Cordyceps Polysaccharide, the ECM proliferation effect gradually improves with higher concentration and longer treatment time within 24\u201172 h, outperforming commercial control.
2. Dermo-epidermal junction test: 5% EPS Cordyceps Polysaccharide enhances the strength of skin junction layer.
3. Stratum corneum moisture content test: Lotion with 2% EPS Cordyceps Polysaccharide increases stratum corneum water content.
4. MMP\u20111 activity inhibition test: EPS Cordyceps Polysaccharide reduces MMP\u20111 enzymatic activity and mitigates matrix degradation.
5. UV cell repair test: EPS Cordyceps Polysaccharide repairs skin cell damage induced by UV stimulation and improves cellular health.
6. Human skin elasticity test: Skin elasticity rises with increasing concentration of EPS Cordyceps Polysaccharide. 2% addition noticeably improves skin firmness; test subjects aged 40\u201155 years old.
