Soothing pathway: Downregulate inflammatory factors such as IL\u20116; inhibit the activity of PTGS2 (COX\u20112) and NF\u2011\u03baB, reduce prostaglandin production, lower vascular permeability and relieve skin redness.<br>3. Neuronal soothing pathway: Inhibit the activity of TRPV1 ion channel protein, reduce neuropeptide release and relieve stinging, itching and vasodilation responses mediated by nerves.<br>4. NF\u2011\u03baB transcriptional activity inhibition test: YNC inhibits NF\u2011\u03baB activity by 56.8% at 5 \u03bcM, 75.0% at 10 \u03bcM and 79.9% at 50 \u03bcM.<br>2. Skin barrier repair TEWL test: Cream with 0.5% Yanning Extract reduces TEWL by 43% at 30 min; average TEWL reduction reaches 65% within 1\u20132 h to support barrier recovery.<br>3. Free radical scavenging test: Its scavenging capacity against hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical is better than mannitol control.<br>4.
