Mechanism of Action
1. Retinoid receptor activation pathway: HPR directly binds to cutaneous RARs and RXRs receptors without metabolic conversion to retinoic acid, and triggers cellular signal regulation directly.
2. Three-dimensional comedone regulation pathway
①Regulate cell proliferation and differentiation, ameliorate abnormal keratinization and help clear formed comedones;
②Induce apoptosis and modulate sebaceous gland secretion;
③Soothe inflammatory response, participate in skin immune homeostasis, regulate Toll-like receptors and T cells to balance skin immunity.
3. Anti-wrinkle pathway: Regulate epidermal and dermal cells, promote collagen-related expression and fade fine lines and wrinkles.
Experimental Data
Human anti-wrinkle in-vivo test: After 4 weeks of continuous HPR application, subjects show an average reduction of 70.35% in fine lines and wrinkles, with a maximum reduction of 81.28%.
