Reverse Entropy Time-lock Enzyme
Reverse Entropy Time-lock Enzyme
Compound multi-enzyme system bioactive raw material; low molecular weight, capable of penetrating epidermis to act subcutaneously; multiple benefits: gentle keratin metabolism, anti-glycation, antioxidant activity, bacteriostasis & anti-inflammation, cellular energy metabolism and tissue repair; avoids the sensitization susceptibility drawback of traditional plant proteases
Product overview
Anti-Entropy Chronozyme is a small-molecule bioenzyme obtained via advanced gene editing, fermentation, extraction and transformation. It can penetrate the skin surface and act directly on subcutaneous tissue. Five skincare enzyme gene sequences are screened by AI biochip based on big data of functional coverage, structural representativeness and clinical demand. Combined with Deinococcus radiodurans fermentation, it breaks the absorption bottleneck of macromolecules and greatly raises enzyme activity. It targets multiple skin concerns including roughness, sagging, dull yellow tone and barrier damage to remodel deep skin and revitalize skin.

Literature & Patents
Patent No.: ZL202510694035.8
Mechanism of Action
1. Keratin metabolism pathway (protease): Specifically decompose keratin to gently metabolize dead keratinocytes. Compared with AHA, it is less likely to induce epidermal irritation and refines skin texture.
2. Anti-glycation pathway (oxidoreductase): Catalyze and degrade formed advanced glycation end products (AGEs), break glycation cross-linking of collagen and relieve dullness and laxity caused by glycation.
3. Antioxidant pathway (SOD, superoxide dismutase): Targetedly scavenge superoxide anion radicals, inhibit tyrosinase activity, reduce oxidized pigment formation and brighten skin tone.
4. Microbiome soothing pathway (lysozyme): Hydrolyze peptidoglycan in bacterial cell wall, regulate skin microbiota and improve closed comedones and inflammatory skin lesions.
5. Cellular energy & repairing pathway (coenzyme A): Participate in the metabolism of carbohydrate, lipid and protein to supply energy for cells and promote epidermal repair. It inhibits hyaluronidase to slow down hyaluronic acid degradation and maintain hydrated and plump skin.
Experimental Data
1. Exfoliation capacity test: The protein shedding content of Reverse-Entropy Chrono Enzyme group is markedly higher than pure water control group, exfoliation capacity increases by 171.43%. Smoother skin can be visually observed within 5 min.
2. DPPH free radical scavenging test: At sample concentration of 10%, DPPH scavenging rate reaches 78.37%, and scavenging capacity rises with concentration.
3. Hyaluronidase inhibition test: 10% sample achieves 87.76% inhibition on hyaluronidase, reducing hyaluronic acid degradation and loss.
4. Human skin brightness L* test (redox enzyme formulation): Formulation with redox enzyme improves skin brightness after 7 days of use; continuous improvement on melasma and general dull yellowish skin from day 28 to 56.
5. Lysozyme inflammatory lesion test: After one week of application with lysozyme mask, visible count of inflammatory lesions such as acne papules and comedones decreases obviously.
6. VISIA pore measurement test: It reduces pore feature count by over 600 and delivers refined, pore-minimizing visual effect.

Key benefits
1. Scientific blend of five functional enzymes; one single raw material delivers mild exfoliation, anti-glycation, antioxidant activity, bacteriostatic anti-acne and cellular energy supply & repair, all-in-one multi-effect.
2. Fermented by engineered Deinococcus radiodurans for greatly enhanced enzyme activity; small-molecule structure breaks the transdermal absorption bottleneck of macromolecular enzymes. Different from conventional papain, it carries lower sensitization risk.
3. Complete action cascade: it can prevent damage and partially reverse formed glycation damage from AGEs as well as oxidative damage
Applications and formulation
Feeding Process
Gentle stirring only; high shear forbidden. Avoid formulation in strong acid or strong alkali environments.
Formulation Recommendations
1. Suitable formulation pH range: 5.0–8.5
2. Incompatible: strong acids, strong bases, cationic biocides; protein raw materials (collagen, peptides, soy protein, etc.), as the enzyme hydrolyzes and degrades proteins.
3. Process note: Short-term tolerance at 70℃. Use gentle stirring only; avoid high shear which damages enzyme protein structure. Reinforce sterilization.
4. Heat resistance: Short-term tolerance of 70℃; long-term high temperature not recommended.
5. Sterilization: Reinforced sterilization procedures required.
