Divine Vital-lock Ferment
Divine Vital-lock Ferment
Yeast-fermented active enzyme raw material; gently metabolizes dead keratin, promotes keratin renewal and collagen proliferation, provides antioxidant activity and inhibits tyrosinase; multiple benefits: pore refining, improvement of roughness and dullness, damaged cell repair; mild and skin-friendly
Product overview
Sake is a time-honored alcoholic beverage from Japan, and premium-grade sake is particularly precious. A notable phenomenon draws attention: the hands of veteran sake brewers stay smooth and supple despite prolonged immersion in high-concentration alcohol. This phenomenon was discovered by Professor Chang Min-Cheng, who researches fermentation technology at the University of Tokyo. After years of study, he identified a special yeast strain produced during premium sake brewing. The strain secretes a highly active enzyme that improves rough and aged skin, refines pores, renews keratinocytes and softens skin tissue

Mechanism of Action
1. Keratin turnover pathway: Metabolize dead keratinocytes and boost keratinocyte regeneration, improve rough skin texture, refine pores and leave skin smooth and luminous.
2. Antioxidant protection pathway: Scavenge DPPH free radicals and protect skin from oxidative damage induced by free radicals.
3. Collagen synthesis anti-aging pathway: Promote collagen production, strengthen skin cellular structure and reduce wrinkle formation.
4. Brightening & melanin-inhibiting pathway: Inhibit tyrosinase activity, reduce melanin synthesis and relieve dull and yellowish skin tone.
5. Cell repair pathway: Promote skin cell proliferation and improve the condition of damaged skin cells.
Experimental Data
1. Skin cell proliferation test: 3% Divine Vital-lock Ferment achieves 276% skin cell proliferation rate and repairs damaged skin cells.
2. In-vitro tyrosinase inhibition test: 5% Divine Vital-lock Ferment delivers up to 82% tyrosinase inhibition and improves dull skin appearance.
3. DPPH free radical scavenging antioxidant test: Immortal Essence Liquid reaches 88% DPPH scavenging rate, with stronger antioxidant capacity compared with arbutin and kojic acid.

| Source: | Developed by Professor Zhang Minzheng’s team, this pure yeast fermentation filtrate is prepared by metabolic engineering and fermentation optimization technologies. It is rich in various metabolic active substances including enzymes, amino acids and vitamins. |
Key benefits
1. Yeast fermentation filtrate with multiple coexisting active substances; integrates keratin conditioning, collagen stimulation, antioxidant activity and melanin inhibition for brightening, all-in-one multi-effect.
2. Enzyme activity system promotes cell proliferation and repairs damaged skin cells, improving rough pores and dull yellowish skin tone.
3. Good formulation stability, mild skin-friendliness and fast absorption.
4. Efficacy performance supported by multiple datasets from in vitro cell assays
Applications and formulation
Feeding Process
Gentle stirring only; high shear forbidden to preserve enzyme activity.
Formulation Recommendations
1. Store in clean, ambient conditions.
2. Temperature tolerance up to 70℃; optimal working temperature 50℃.
3. Recommended formulation pH:5.5–8. Avoid AHAs in formula and sequential use with acidic products.
4. EDTA-containing materials are forbidden, which fully deactivate keratinase.
Avoid alcohol & isopropanol to prevent activity loss. Do not add Cu-based oil-control ingredients (activity counteraction).
5. Protein-based ingredients (collagen, hydrolyzed collagen, peptides, soy protein, etc.) are incompatible; they will be broken down into amino acid monomers in formula.
6. Active enzyme product. Intense shear damages enzyme. Use gentle stirring during formulation.
Reliable B2B supply
Storage Conditions
Sealed storage in clean, ambient-temperature conditions.
