SkinHeal Silane
SkinHeal Silane
Salicylic acid derivative; retains the anti‑inflammatory benefits of salicylic acid and overcomes the drawbacks of high irritation and poor stability of conventional salicylic acid; possesses dual capacities of anti‑inflammatory soothing and dermal repair; the reactive silicon offers good skin affinity and assists active ingredients to penetrate into the skin
Product overview
Silanediol salicylate is based on salicylic acid, a classic skincare ingredient. Through sophisticated organosilicon structural modification, it achieves an optimal balance between efficacy and mildness. It fully inherits the core advantage of salicylic acid for soothing and anti-inflammation, and overcomes the drawbacks of conventional salicylic acid: high irritation and poor stability.

Mechanism of Action
1. Soothing & anti-sensitivity pathway: Inhibit the activation of NF‑κB signaling pathway; downregulate inflammatory factors IL‑6, TNF‑α and IL‑1β, suppress the expression of iNOS and COX‑2, reduce NO production, relieve skin inflammatory response and alleviate redness and burning sensation.
2. Dermal repair pathway: Reactive silicon participates in skin structure construction, promotes fibroblast proliferation, boosts synthesis of type Ⅰ collagen and elastin, optimizes the arrangement of dermal collagen fibers and strengthens skin structure.
3. Photoprotective pathway: Precondition epidermal cells to mitigate UVB-induced cell damage and reduce photodamage.
Experimental Data
1. Anti-inflammation test on RAW264.7 cells (15 μg/mL SkinHeal Silane): IL‑6 inhibition 75%, TNF‑α inhibition 46.7%, IL‑1β inhibition 92.9%; NO production inhibition 35.7%; NF‑κB protein inhibition 98.5%.
2. Fibroblast proliferation test (2% SkinHeal Silane): It promotes fibroblast proliferation with a promotion rate of 42%.
3. Human dermal explant test (2% SkinHeal Silane): Type Ⅰ collagen fibers become more uniformly and densely arranged, and elastin content increases.
4. UVB photodamage protection test: Pre-treatment with 2% SkinHeal Silane protects epidermal structure and alleviates cell damage induced by UVB irradiation.
5. Human redness test (2% SkinHeal Silane repair cream): Redness improvement is observed at 24 h, continuous relief at 36 h, and obvious redness repair after 7 days.

Key benefits
1. Organosilicon-modified salicylic acid; inherits the anti-inflammatory efficacy of salicylic acid while greatly reducing irritation and solving the pain point of insufficient stability of conventional salicylic acid.
2. Dual-pathway of "anti-inflammation + repair": on one hand, it inhibits inflammatory pathways for redness reduction and soothing; on the other hand, it supplies active silicon to boost the generation of collagen and elastic fibers and repair dermal structure.
3. It delivers photoprotective capacity to resist skin damage induced by UVB ultraviolet rays.
4. Validated effective in both in vitro cell assays and human skin tests; rapidly improves facial redness.
