Brightening Enzyme II

Molecular weight less than 3 kDa, able to penetrate the outer skin layer; enzymatic active

Documentation

Product overview

Photolyase is a small-molecule bioenzyme produced via advanced gene editing, fermentation, extraction and transformation. It can penetrate the skin surface and directly act on melanin in subcutaneous tissue. It has two specific functions: ① it directly reduces the activity and proliferation of melanocytes; ② it selectively adsorbs and binds melanin, and efficiently reduces melanin into pheomelanin to deliver skin brightening and whitening effects. It is very mild and does not irritate the skin or trigger allergic reactions, serving as an innovative brightening raw material for radiant skin

Mechanism of Action

1. Immediate brightening: Colored oxidized pigments on the skin surface are converted to colorless structures via reduction reaction. Meanwhile, hydration occurs to swell keratinocytes, flatten the stratum corneum, optimize light reflection and deliver instant translucent skin brightening.
2. Upstream inhibition: Reduce melanocyte activity to cut down pigment production.
3. Midstream regulation: Inhibit tyrosinase activity and assist in decomposing pigment components.
4. Downstream protection: Scavenge DPPH free radicals, mitigate pigment stimulation caused by oxidative stress and provide antioxidant protection.

Experimental Data

1. Melanocyte activity test: At 0.5% dosage, it reduces melanocyte activity by approximately 60%.
2. Tyrosinase & melanin degradation test: It inhibits tyrosinase activity and shows melanin-degrading capacity under in vitro conditions.
3. DPPH antioxidant test: It effectively scavenges DPPH free radicals and exhibits antioxidant activity.
4. Irritation assessment test: Sample at 5% concentration shows mild, non-irritating property in skin irritation test.

Product specifications

INCI Name: HYDROLYZED SWEET ALMOND PROTEIN, OXIDO REDUCTASES, SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE, HYDROLYZED CANDIDA SAITOANA EXTRACT, GLYCOLIPIDS, DIMETHYL ISOSORBIDE, 1.2-HEXANEDIOL, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, AQUA
Source: Supported by AI biochip technology and microecological intelligent fermentation technology: target enzyme gene sequences are screened by biochips with gene probes. After AI analysis of gene sequences, targeted transcriptional expression is realized. Relying on microbial metabolism, macromolecular raw materials are decomposed into small molecules to generate beneficial active components.
Recommended dosage: Mask products: 1–3% Skin lightening and anti-spot products: 5–10%
Appearance: Colorless and transparent liquid

Key benefits

1. Dual whitening effect: instant brightening and long‑term whitening for naturally luminous skin.
2. Small molecule with good transdermal property: molecular weight < 3 kDa, capable of penetrating the epidermal layer to act on subcutaneous melanin.
3. Three‑pathway action: builds a full‑chain whitening system of upstream interception, midstream breakdown and downstream protection.
4. Mild mechanism of action; in vitro tests show no skin irritation at 5% addition concentration.
5. Empowered by dual technologies: AI biochip screening + intelligent microecological fermentation to optimize the performance of enzyme components.

Applications and formulation

Feeding Process

Gentle stirring is required; high-shear mixing is strictly prohibited. Enhanced sterilization procedures shall be implemented to inhibit microbial growth.

Formulation Recommendations

1. Suitable formulation pH range: 6–8
2. Incompatible: AHAs, proteases (papain, trypsin, etc.); strongly cationic / anionic materials, which lead to raw material agglomeration and deactivation.
3. Process note: Enzyme raw material. No high shear; use gentle stirring only.
4. Heat resistance: Max short-term tolerance 80℃. Long-term high-temperature exposure forbidden.
5. Sterilization: Strengthen sterilization in formula production to avoid microbial growth.

Reliable B2B supply

Storage Conditions

Short-term heat resistance up to 80℃; prolonged high-temperature storage not advised.
